61-year-old Roberta Bernardo sued her 10-year common-law husband, 70-year-old construction executive Francis Bernardo, for $2 million claiming the impotence drug Viagra led to his infidelity, thus ending their relationship. After the couple enjoyed the first sex they had in years, Bernardo allegedly left a note saying the relationship was over and boasting of his renewed sexual vigor just before leaving their luxury condominium with a bottle of Viagra he'd had for two days. Roberta's attorney said she might file a negligence suit against Pfizer, which manufactures Viagra, for failure to warn the drug could be hazardous to marriages.
