An Inclusive Litany

When St. Paul, Minnesota, police arrested Johnny Koger on charges of
soliciting sex from a prostitute, they confiscated his car. After a
jury found him not guilty, the city refused to return Koger's car
until he paid a $1,100 storage fee. Prosecutor Paul McCloskey
justified the charge by explaining, "Just because a jury acquits, it
doesn't say the man is innocent or that he's moral."
