convention, a list of ten basic doctrines a lawyer may invoke when
reaching a settlement to increase his or her fees, variously referred
to as "upward adjustments" and "multipliers":

- Preclusion of Employment
- Superior Quality of Work
- Exceptional Results
- Burden of Justifying Fees
