Mr. Speaker, we have heard a lot about the gag rule. Well, I was reading a book the other day about how things are done, and it talked about how to become a sword swallower. You have to learn how to master your gag reflex and suppress it.But my colleagues on the other side have gone it one better: they have a gag reflex they can turn on and off. Sometimes, they can swallow easily, sometimes they cannot.
